• Lot dimensions (Land around the building)
• Number of Chimneys
• Pictures of the building and surrounding area
• What is the foundation presently?

  • Stone Wall
  • Brick Wall
  • Concrete Pillars
  • Slab (no basement)
• If you have a basement. Include the height?
  • 1 foot
  • 1 to 3 feet
  • 4 to 6 feet
  • Over 6 feet
• How tall is your building?
  • 1 Story
  • 1.5 Stories
  • 2 Stories
  • 2.5 Stories
  • 3+ Stories
• What are your plans for the building?
  • New foundation
  • Move to new location (onsite)
  • Move to new location (offsite)
    If this is the case, then send info
    • distance to new site in miles, and the ending address if possible
    • What type of terrain: flat; slight, moderate, or steep slope; roads or fields?
